If you also use Open Text Social Media (OTSM), you'll see your OTSM communities on your FirstClass Desktop. You can go to these communities directly from FirstClass. To go to your OTSM home page, click the Communities navigation button. Your web browser opens and you are automatically logged into OTSM. To go to a particular OTSM community, double-click it on your FirstClass Desktop. As in the FirstClass client, when you post in an OTSM community, you'll find a copy of the sent post in your FirstClass Mailbox. If you reply to that post, your reply will be displayed in the thread on OTSM.
